This Privacy Policy mirrors the expectations set in the Contractorfy Android experience. It explains how workspace data synchronizes across the modernized web dashboard.
Account data such as name, email, phone, and workspace membership retrieved via Supabase authentication.
Operational content including jobs, tasks, documents, recordings, contacts, and workflow messages for your workspace.
Telemetry (e.g., dashboard preferences and recent entity access) to keep the web and Android experiences aligned.
Deliver dashboards, search, and automation features requested by authorized workspace members.
Notify teams about task assignments, document updates, or workflow milestones.
Maintain security, troubleshooting, and auditing in accordance with workspace policies.
Workspace administrators control access through Supabase Row Level Security and role assignments.
Data persists for the lifetime of the workspace unless retention policies or administrators remove it.
